This website is provided by Luxe Salon & Spa for informational purposes about our salon services, team, and policies. By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Allergy & Sensitivity
Beauty and personal care services involve the application of chemical and cosmetic products. Individual reactions to hair color, chemical treatments, skin care products, or other beauty services can vary. We recommend a patch test for new chemical services, especially if you have known sensitivities. Results from hair color, permanent treatments, and beauty services can vary based on individual hair and skin characteristics. We will discuss realistic expectations before any service begins.
We strongly recommend requesting a patch test at least 48 hours before any chemical hair color, highlights, bleach, or chemical treatment service — especially if you have not had the service at our salon before, or if you have any known skin or scalp sensitivities. Patch tests are complimentary and can be scheduled separately or at the beginning of a prior visit.
Please inform your stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or recent use of at-home color or chemical products prior to your service. Withholding this information may affect the outcome of your service.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We reserve time specifically for each client. To respect our team's time and allow us to serve other clients, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-shows (missed appointments without any notice) may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.
- We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
Results & Satisfaction
Hair color, chemical treatments, and beauty services are influenced by many individual factors including hair porosity, prior chemical history, natural pigment, and overall hair condition. Results can vary between individuals even with identical services.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment to address any reasonable concerns within our control. Adjustments do not include changes of mind about color direction or style chosen at the time of the original service.

Limitation of Liability
